come what may　无论发生什么事
come what may=whatever may come, be the matter what it may=let the matter be what it may不管如何(=whatever it may be), try as you will(may)无论你怎么试(=however hard you may try), be a man ever so rich=let a man be ever so rich无论一个人多么有钱(=however rich a man may be)。

 For example:

无论发生什么事，我绝不改变心意。Come what may, I shall never change my mind.
